Just slide the 2 stand pieces on the base and set on the table. This spinner can be used for many games including the Spin a Toy Carnival Game, Cake Walk and more.

Note: Recently this Spinner HAS BEEN LOSING MOST OF ITS PEGS THROUGH USE! We tried it at a 2-hour carnival and our's lost about 1/2 of the pegs!! Our customers are still asking to purchase this item - but we wanted you to know of the design flaw - if you can make your own, it may be a better choice until this problem is resolved!

A little on the small side -sometimes the pegs fall out
This carnival spinner is a great timesaver for folks running a carnival if they don't have time to make their own. It seems to work pretty good although sometimes the pegs do fall out. In addition it is deafly for a tabletop as it would be too small for the ground. We would give this 3 1/2 stars that rounded up to four stars as it stores quickly and easily for next year
