Cute and colorful, these novelty hand clapper noise makers make a clicking noise - but do not sound exactly like a clap. They make their noise by using a rubber band to attach the hands to the handle for movement. Kids think these are great and moms don't mind too much because they do not make a super loud noise!

Small hand clappers - very little sound
To be honest, this item is not at the top of our favorite list. Why? These hand clappers are cute, and kids seem to like them OK, but they make a small clicking sound and are held together with a rubberband. (On the bright side, moms may love that they make a soft sound, instead of a loud clapping,) so we gave them 4 stars but we wanted you to know to details about this toy!
