Helps create a fun atmosphere
Pennant banners are one of our favorite items! They decorate a large area in just a few minutes and look great indoors or outdoors. We only give this item a 4 star because the red and white stripes are only on one side of the flags - the backside is white. If you want the flags to have color on both sides, consider looking for our mulit-color flag pennant banner - it looks great on both sides!
