  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Dates

  • Our website provides an estimated delivery date during checkout.

  • For orders of $100 or more, we offer a guaranteed delivery date, so you can plan your events with confidence.

  • Please note that our guarantee does not cover weather delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a detailed shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress until it arrives at your location.

5. Order Handling
